End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement applies to KPSS Turkiye. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.
Apple Standard Terms
Where applicable, this agreement supplements Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict between this agreement and Apple's required terms, Apple's required terms control to the extent required by Apple. You can also review Apple's standard terms at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Study Content
The app is a study aid. It does not guarantee any exam result, appointment, placement, or official outcome. Always verify exam rules, calendars, and documents with OSYM and other official institutions.
Official Materials
OSYM past exam materials and official documents belong to their respective rights holders. KPSS Turkiye provides links to public official sources and does not claim to be an official government service.
Purchases
If paid features are added, payment, refunds, purchase history, and purchase management will be handled by Apple through the App Store.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except as allowed by law. You may not use the app in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.
Maintenance and Support
We are responsible for app maintenance and support as described in these terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
